Kelvin is our General Counsel and leads the Legal and Compliance team, advising across investments, divestments and portfolio management. He is based in Singapore and is a member of our Executive Committee, ESG Committee and Technology Risk Committee.

Previously, he was at a international law firm Simmons & Simmons, working in its London, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Dubai offices.

He holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law from the London School of Economics.
