Omesh is the Chief Financial Officer at Openspace and is responsible for operational and strategic financial initiatives, as well as providing capital formation support to portfolio companies.
Omesh has over 15 years of corporate finance experience across capital markets, M&A and financing. Most recently, Omesh led the regional coverage of financial and strategic investors at Standard Chartered Bank, working with PE, VC and SWF clients on strategic transactions for their funds and portfolio companies, as well as with companies on raising capital from financial and strategic investors.
Prior to that, Omesh was part of the corporate finance and M&A teams at UBS Investment Bank, where he was responsible for the origination and execution of numerous IPOs and M&A transactions across S.E.Asia.
Omesh holds a BBA in Global Business and Finance (First Class Honors) from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
