Emma leads our People & Culture practice, working on high-impact people strategies for Openspace and portfolio companies.  She is based in Singapore and is a member of our ESG Committee.

Previously, she was at Oracle and Experian.

She holds a degree in Costume Design from the University of Arts London and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
