At Openspace, Emma is responsible for the people strategy and embedding our active intelligence culture to ensure our employees feel inspired, valued, and empowered to deliver great work for our business. Emma supports our Portfolio companies with designing their people strategies to ensure they are attracting, motivating, and retaining their talent as they scale to success.

Prior to joining Openspace, she worked at Oracle where she was responsible for growing and developing their Consulting Change team supporting clients on their technology-led HR and finance transformation journeys. Originally from the UK Emma started her career in Media before moving to Experian where she held a range of operational HR roles before relocating to Singapore to design and implement their regional People and Talent strategies. Emma brings a wealth of business experience (sales, consulting, and business development) and global operational HR experience to the team.

Emma graduated from the University of Arts London with a degree in Costume Design and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
