Before joining, she led investments in Southeast Asia for B Capital's (Ascent) early-stage fund. She also has prior experience working in a traditional industrial company in Indonesia, a D2C ecommerce startup in Singapore, and also in investment banking with Morgan Stanley.
Ayu has a Masters of Commerce in Finance from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Economics and International Relations from Boston University.
