Her journey with Openspace began at a crossroads in her early career, drawn by the open and dynamic culture that defines us.
What do you do here at Openspace?
I’m part of the Openspace finance team where I cover fund reporting for OSV III and OSV IV, and oversee regulatory reporting of fund management company.
Why did you join Openspace?
At the crossroad of my early career, I had the privilege to meet with the open, energetic, and dynamic Openspace team, then here I am.
What is one unexpected thing about you?
Significant power within a lean body.
Who's someone you’ve always wanted to meet?
Jay Chou- have been his fan since 2001.
What's one thing you really like about working here?
Flexibility. We are not bound by our own territory of work. If you are willing to learn and explore, you are always welcome to learn and try things beyond your duty. You’re encouraged to put forward the insights and ideas for internal discussions to add value to the team.
Do you have a particularly interesting or memorable highlight of working here?
Definitely offsite in Ho Chi Minh City! I got the chance to meet the entire team in the 2nd month after I joined. We had a great time exploring the city together and got to know each other better! Again, I was impressed by the energy level of our people!
What's a really good piece of advice that you've received from someone in the office?
Take ownership of your work like you are running a business, and you will grow in an unexpected way! That’s the best advice I received at the beginning of my journey in Openspace. It helped me get through some hard times.
